Dr. Halsey is dual boarded in both Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. This training allows his unique approach to traumatic disorders as well as the aging process. He specializes in the face and neck including aesthetic, trauma, skin, and reconstructive facial plastic surgery as well as associated Otolaryngology.

Trained
at the Health Science Center, SUNY, in Syracuse, New York, Dr. Halsey taught at the University of Florida, arriving in San Diego in
1975 to begin his practice of Head/Neck and Facial Plastic Surgery.
